As a Person-Centred therapist I recognise the client as having the capacity to fulfil their potential when able to truly encounter themselves. I facilitate the process of therapeutic movement by creating an environment that fosters the sincere and intimate experiencing of your true self.

A session consists of the client presenting issues as I actively listen for recurring themes and patterns within the client’s disclosure. By noticing nuances of the client’s story that further exploration is possible. Through exploring layers of experience, the client is able to gain insight and understanding of unconscious conflicts, past and present feelings and behaviour.

As knots become untangled, choices become apparent, empowering you to be more fully yourself.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and as a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am working towards full accreditation.
